Why this module is helpful

I never realised how much my capacity to observe myself, a baby and a parent at once would change my practice. Now I notice the smallest cues with more curiosity, and it has changed how I guide parents back to trust in themselves. It has made me slower and more attentive in my own practice, which feels like a gift.
