Why this module is helpful

This module showed me how perfectionism is an attempt at a psycholgical solution to an emotional problem that often has it's origins before the perinatal period. I now have language to name it and address it with kindness and understanding rather than pressure. It has shifted the way I listen and even softened how I treat my own impossible standards.
